Responsibilities

Responsible for overall business operations and strategic development in the target country market;

Establish and maintain local customer, distributor, and partner networks;

Gain in-depth understanding of local regulations, registrations, and market demands;

Develop and implement annual sales plans;

Lead key account development and major project negotiations;

Enhance the company’s brand influence in the local market.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Agriculture, Chemistry, International Trade, or related fields;

Minimum 3 years of international business experience in the agrochemical industry;

Familiar with overseas agrochemical market operations;

Strong capability in independently developing international markets;

Fluent in English with excellent cross-cultural communication skills;

Overseas working experience is preferred.
