Responsibilities

Responsible for the full-process follow-up of export orders, including production coordination, delivery schedule tracking, shipment arrangement, and export documentation handling;

Maintain efficient communication with sales, production, logistics and other related departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment;

Follow up on customer requirements and order execution status, and promptly handle any abnormal issues;

Prepare and review export-related documents, including PI, SC, packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, etc.;

Establish and maintain order records and related data statistics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, Chemistry, or related fields;

Minimum 3 years of experience in export order coordination or international trade operations;

Familiar with export procedures and basic international trade knowledge;

Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills;

Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently;

Experience in agrochemical, chemical, or manufacturing industries is preferred;

Good English email communication skills are required.
