SP-OF3498D: A polycarboxylate dispersant for oil suspensions, prepared using controlled polymerization technology, giving it a special structure. Its comb-type structure with long side carbon chains offers good compatibility with oil suspension carriers like methyl oleate or vegetable oils. Side chains containing benzene rings or heterocycles adsorb firmly onto particle surfaces via dispersion forces. Polyoxyethylene ether and carboxylate side chains improve the secondary dispersion stability of coated particles in water.

3. Application Overview

When SP-OF3498D is added at 2–3% in methyl oleate or vegetable oil-based suspension concentrate (OD) systems (the dosage can be appropriately increased for special requirements), it is suitable for single or combined formulations containing nicosulfuron, mesotrione, and atrazine. It effectively reduces the viscosity of the formulation while also providing good mitigation against formulation thickening.

This product exhibits excellent versatility across different sources of technical materials and different sources of methyl oleate. Oil suspension concentrates formulated with SP-OF3498D dispersant feature low viscosity and good long-term stability.
