1. Product Introduction

SP-6990 is a tank-mix compatibility agent designed to resolve compatibility issues between pesticides, foliar fertilizers, and plant growth regulators under conditions of high electrolyte levels and low pH. With the widespread adoption of aerial application (UAV spraying), the water volume used for diluting pesticide solutions has been greatly reduced, resulting in higher spray concentrations. In field crops, multi-protection tank-mix combinations often contain fungicides and insecticides, involving different formulations and active ingredients, as well as foliar fertilizers and plant growth regulators. The high electrolyte concentration and excessive acidity of the spray solution will lead to flocculation and sedimentation, nozzle clogging, reduced spray quality, and lower efficacy during mixing and application. Stabilizing the spray solution is essential to ensure the performance of pesticides and fertilizers.

3. Product Features

SP-6990 is a universal tank-mix compatibility agent with high tolerance to electrolytes and acids. It is suitable for use in aerial application (UAV spraying) scenarios where the tank-mix compatibility of the spray mixture is poor.

In cases where the tank-mix contains high-electrolyte foliar fertilizers (e.g., potassium dihydrogen phosphate, amino acid water-soluble fertilizers, zinc fertilizers) and strongly acidic plant growth regulators (e.g., ethephon), adding this tank-mix compatibility agent can significantly improve the dilution stability of the spray solution, reduce flocculation and precipitation, and ensure that large particles do not form to clog nozzles or screens.

To a certain extent, it can even restore already flocculated or stratified spray solutions, re-establishing their stability. Recommended dilution ratio: 100–200× for aerial application, and no more than 500× for conventional ground spraying.

Due to the high electrolyte content caused by the high-concentration dilution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the spray solution tends to stratify. Adding SP-6990 ensures the stability of the tricyclazole and potassium dihydrogen phosphate combination, and no significant precipitation is observed after 4 hours of standing.
