SP-2818L: Belongs to specially modified alkyl naphthalene sulfonate surfactants. It is a macromolecular compound composed of naphthalene nuclei and sulfonic acid groups (amphiphilic units) linked by methylene groups. A new catalytic condensation process results in a product with high molecular weight, good temperature resistance, superior dispersion and suspension performance, and strong versatility. Addition amount: 3-10%.

1. Suitable for low-melting water dispersible granule (WDG) formulations, resolving the issue of granules not disintegrating after drying. Examples: 25% pyraclostrobin WDG, 6.7% pyraclostrobin + 12% dimethomorph WDG.
2. Compared with polycarboxylates and conventional naphthalenesulfonates in emamectin benzoate series formulations, disintegration performance is improved by 30%–50%.
3. SP-2818L enhances the thermal stability of the formulation.
5% Emamectin Benzoate + 20% Chlorantraniliprole WDG
Formulation challenge: The combination of emamectin benzoate and chlorantraniliprole increases the difficulty of disintegration.
Qingyu Solution: Use SP-2818L + SP-2816 to resolve the slow disintegration issue. When SP-2818L is used in emamectin benzoate series formulations, disintegration efficiency is improved by 30%–50%, achieving disintegration within 30 seconds.
Disintegration Performance Comparison: For 5% Emamectin Benzoate + 20% Chlorantraniliprole WDG.

10% Emamectin Benzoate + 40% Flucycloxuron WDG, 80% Dimethomorph WDG, 75% Tricyclazole WDG, 30% Acetamiprid WDG, 70% Imidacloprid WDG, 10% Difenoconazole WDG, 75% Cyprodinil WDG, 30% Pymetrozine + 20% Flonicamid WDG, etc.
