1. Product Introduction

 A polycarboxylate dispersant designed for pesticide suspension concentrates. Considering the continuous grinding, extrusion, and crushing characteristics during processing, and the special heterocyclic structures in pesticides, SP-27001 is a macromolecular dispersant with a comb-like shape. Its heterocyclic side chains with a certain density facilitate adsorption onto pesticide molecules, while the relatively long side chains act like paddles to lubricate and reduce resistance. The electrostatic repulsion from carboxylate groups and the steric hindrance from the macromolecular chain ensure long-term stability of the suspension concentrate.

SP-27001 is often used with the Gemini-type wetting & dispersing agent SP-SC29, suitable for high-content SC, DF, FS formulations containing active ingredients like Imidacloprid, Phenamacril, Chlorfenapyr, Pyrimethanil, etc. Additionally, SP-27001 can be used in capsule suspensions to reduce viscosity and improve encapsulation rate, e.g., in Pyrethroid CS, 450 g/L Pendimethalin CS, 520 g/L Trifluralin CS, 9% Pyraclostrobin CS, etc.

3. Product Features

With its unique functional groups and molecular structure sequence arrangement, SP-27001 allows for a slight reduction in the original adjuvant addition amount while adding 1–2% of SP-27001 dispersant, effectively achieving water reduction, water retention, and viscosity reduction. It can be applied in high-concentration aqueous suspension concentrate systems (SC, FS, etc.). In addition, SP-27001 demonstrates good adaptability for certain difficult-to-process varieties such as tebuconazole and chlorfenapyr.
